PLACE OF WORK: Florence and province
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and contact potential clients interested in buying, selling or renting property
– Conducting property tours, explaining features and benefits
– Advising and assisting customers during the sales/purchase process
– Create and manage networks of contacts to expand your customer base
– Negotiation of prices and terms of sale/rental
– Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local housing market
REQUIREMENTS
– Prior experience in real estate (preferred but not essential)
– Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
– Determination and results orientation
– Knowledge of local housing market dynamics
– Self-motivation and ability to work independently
– High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
– Knowledge of written and spoken English
